Among the many children who attend our educational support group is ANGELINA, a little girl who was born with a physical disability. On her own, it would be extremely difficult for her to reach our classes, but God has raised up friends who have chosen to walk alongside her.
Whenever the group gathers, they help ANGELINA make the journey to our classroom. Together, they travel along rough dirt roads, through mud during the rainy season and dust during the dry season. Even so, they never give up. Their desire to learn to read and write is greater than any obstacle they face.
As we witness this, we are reminded of Mark 2:1–12, where four friends carried a paralyzed man to Jesus. Faced with a crowded house, they refused to give up. Instead, they found a way to bring him before the Lord, and Jesus, seeing the faith of those friends, performed a miracle.
Today, we see that same spirit of love and perseverance reflected in the lives of ANGELINA and her friends. They remind us that God uses ordinary people to bring hope to those who need it most.
Our educational support group teaches more than reading and writing. It also nurtures friendship, inclusion, compassion, and faith. Every child who overcomes the difficult journey to attend class demonstrates remarkable courage and a deep desire to build a better future.
We thank God for every partner who helps make this ministry possible. Through your prayers, your encouragement, and your care, lives are being transformed. Children like ANGELINA are discovering that they are not alone and that, through love and opportunity, they can overcome challenges that once seemed impossible.
Please pray for ANGELINA, for her friends, and for all the children who face great challenges in attending our educational support group. May God continue to protect them on their journeys, strengthen their faith, and open doors so that many more children may have access to education and the love of Christ.
